These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PK91 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the PK91 website located at https://pk91.cam and any associated services, features, content and functionality made available thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

PK91 is an internationally oriented online betting and casino information platform. It does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body in Pakistan. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Service. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement. PK91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. PK91 may refuse registration or suspend an Account where information provided is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. You represent that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Service from a country or territory where such access is prohibited. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling activities.

3.5 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, PK91 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

4.1 Personal Use Only. The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service on behalf of any third party, business entity or syndicate. Systematic or commercial exploitation of the Service — including sports arbitrage, matched betting operations or bot-assisted wagering — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. PK91 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Acceptable Conduct. When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, act in good faith, and refrain from any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, threatening or otherwise harmful to other users or to PK91.

4.4 Technical Integrity. You must not attempt to circumvent any security or access-control mechanism on the Service, introduce malware or disruptive code, use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform, or interfere with the fair operation of betting markets or casino games.

4.5 Void Bets. PK91 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, system fault, manifest pricing error or any other circumstance where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

5.1 Deposit Methods. PK91 supports deposits via a range of payment methods relevant to the Pakistan market. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local payment options only. Their mention does not imply that any of these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with PK91 or online gambling services. Availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by operator.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment source.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed only to verified Accounts that have completed KYC. Where possible, withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Processing times are typically 1–5 business days depending on the payment method and verification status.

5.4 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. PK91 maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory AML review. Any funds found to be connected with unlawful activity will be reported to appropriate authorities and forfeited.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).

6.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically voided. Extensions to bonus validity periods are granted at PK91's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. PK91 reserves the right to void bonuses, close Accounts and withhold associated balances where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other users to exploit promotions, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or using automated tools to claim offers.

6.5 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Users on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing Users who close and re-register Accounts are not eligible. The welcome offer is not available in all jurisdictions and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

PK91 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a genuine operational principle. Gambling should be an entertaining activity for adults, conducted within personal financial means and with a clear understanding of the associated risks.

7.1 Player Protection Tools. PK91 provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible via Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods. Users are strongly encouraged to set these limits during registration and to review them regularly.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the Responsible Gambling section or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Minor Protection. PK91 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and are concerned about their access to gambling platforms, we recommend using device-level parental controls in addition to any platform-level restrictions.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the PK91 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and structure of the Service — is the property of PK91 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. PK91 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce or distribute any content from the Service; create derivative works based on Service content; use data mining, scraping or similar data-gathering tools; or frame or link to the Service without prior written consent.

8.3 Trade Marks. The PK91 name, logo and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of PK91. Unauthorised use of any PK91 trade marks is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PK91 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or misrepresenting your age, location or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate betting outcomes, share Account access or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Service.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds connected with criminal activity or to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
• Technical Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, glitches or any unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in harassment, threats, discriminatory language or any conduct that is harmful to other users or PK91 staff.
• Underage Access: Registering or using the Service as, or on behalf of, a person under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum legal age.

10.1 Service Availability. PK91 does not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or withdraw the Service at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK91 disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, relating to the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall PK91's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Loss. PK91 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — even if PK91 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Third-Party Services. PK91 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of any third-party services, payment processors or external websites referenced in connection with the Service.

11.1 Right to Suspend. PK91 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the Account is being used in a fraudulent, abusive or unlawful manner; (c) a regulatory obligation requires us to do so; or (d) the security of the Account or the platform is at risk.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 5–10 business days, subject to AML compliance.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account — whether initiated by you or PK91 — your licence to use the Service is immediately revoked. All outstanding bets settled after Account closure will be voided. Bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.

PK91 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Service or by email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PK91 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of PK91 to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of matters affecting the security, integrity or intellectual property rights of the Service.
